This gem is really a Haven. We loved everything about our stay here. The host miss Sherline is the hostess with the mostest for sure. She saw to our every need. Her son, who handles the Marie Sharp pepper tasting, serves up some cold Belikins on the rooftop lounge. Adds to the charm and hospitality of this place. My daughters were thrilled to sit upstairs and watch the town below. This property is centrally located in the center of San Ignacio town, and everything is a short walk away. And yes, it looks just like the photos on Booking.Com. With cold AC and no bugs inside our apartment. Which is usually hard to pull off in a tropical country like Belize.

Was very peaceful, loved the green space. Lots of areas to relax - lovely outdoor kitchen. Close to town but feels like the jungle. Manger and staff very friendly and helpful - can arrange all the different tours if needed. Would have loved to stay longer.

Super clean, safe, super friendly Lucy and her mother, as well as William. If you WhatsApp them, they will revert to you in a timely manner. Super easy to organize private transfer to/ from Belize City. I enjoyed my 3 nights and would definitely come back!

Room very clean. They have a hill that you can walk up and sit on a homemade bench, which was beautifully constructed, you could either watch the sunrise, set or just do some nice star gazing. Staff did a great job planning events and brining people together. Sunday dinna was great! Bathrooms were big and spacious, I never had to wait to use a shower. Breakfast included is a nice feature. They will organize anything and everything for you. Jess is amazing and I had so much fun talking to her. Javi was an amazing tour guide! We were greeted to the sound of howler monkeys in the valley below, and woke to birdsong and cows. Friendly and attentive owners. Hearty breakfast reminiscent of English but definitely Belizean. No-frills dinner available at low cost. Room had great a/c and Wi-Fi. Closeness to Mayan site allowed us to arrive before the crowds. Quiet and peaceful location, the grounds are full of flowers. Great value. Shower worked well.

Large kitchen area with cooker etc. Coffee and creamer etc available. Excellent position in San Ignacio with everything in walking distance. We regretted only booking for three days in San Ignacio as there was loads to do in the surrounding area. The staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. The price is excellent value for money. Also benefitted from an outside patio area and an off road parking space

Staff was really nice, especially Iris who helped us book everything during our stay, from Caracol and cave tubing tours to trasportation.
