The cereal, fruit juice breakfast was perfect for me. I was offered pastries as well but declined. The kitchenette was very good, plenty of tea and coffee and a toaster. The lounge area was very comfortable as was the bed. Would definitely use this facility again

Adorable little apartment in a quaint little house in a small village which has two amazing gastro pubs. (We had dinner at the Crown). The local shop and post office baked fresh croissants and pastries which were delicious. It was a last minute booking and Sammy was very efficient, agreeing for us to arrive an hour after we had booked! All in all a delightful stay

The room was clean and comfortable. We slept well. Dinner menu was varied and we all enjoyed the dinner, though were too late to order dessert, as the kitchen had closed, which was a disappointment. The full English breakfast with toast was very nice too. No complaints there. The tea/coffee tray in the room was well stocked with drinks, biscuits and milks etc. We arrived on a bad weather day, sadly, but the garden looked really very nice and I imagine it would be lovely to sit out there on a sunny day.

The Railway Inn was perfect for our needs. It is very comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the room is over a very good pub. There were generous portions of fruit, cereal, milk (including oat and soya), yoghurt, juice, tea and coffee free to use. The price was excellent for the quality.

Breakfast was excellent. Freshly cooked full English as well as continental. The restaurant is pretty good but expensive for dinner. You won't get change out of £150 dinner for 2 with wine. Period dining room, bar, drawing room and library with log fires. Staff were friendly and professional. Rooms well equipped and furnished.

How modern but also rustic it is. Perfect amount of space. The area the property is in also ties in as it’s very quiet so if you want a nice quiet place to stay for a night or two this is the place.
