Lucas is an excellent host who makes wonderful recommendations for activities. He wants guests to be comfortable and feel at home. The accomodation is simple and rustic, but has all the comforts you need. If one has mobility issues, the stairs could be an issue. Bathroom is down the stairs from the sleeping loft. The cabañas are a pleasant 10 minute walk from the town.

Only 100 metres from the Argentino Lake waterfront, Posada Karut Josh offers rooms with free Wi-Fi in El Calafate. Breakfast is provided, and a garden is featured. Everything was great. Home made bread for breakfast was fabulous. With the owners we became friends(i think😁). Loved it

Only 300 metres from El Chalten city centre, Kaulem Hotel Boutique offers 4 rooms, with exclusive views of the Fitz Roy Mount. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast are provided, and there is a library. We loved this hotel. Lots of wood features in the livy, then a bright large modern room. Huge bed, good bathroom, nice breakfast, helpful staff, parking outside. We had one of the new superior rooms. They are really good.

Hosteria Roblesur is situated at the entrance of town, just 5 minutes by car from the centre. Rooms offer panoramic views of El Calafate. Free Wi-Fi is available. Very nice place, clean rooms, with nice common areas. Kind, friendly and helpful staff. We would for sure stay here again. Great quality.
