My bed was comfortable and room was nice. Heating works very well and i even have a small Bathtub in the bathroom. Breakfast is great and plenty. You can walk down to the City from the Hotel in a reasonable time ( Hotel is a little bit outside ) All in all a very pleasant stay here in Ushuaia

FLOR AUSTRAL ligger i Ushuaia, 700 m fra Encerrada-bugten, og har have og byudsigt. Awesome place in Ushuaia! The location is great, one can see the mountains on one side and the Beagle Channel on the other. There are facilities all around, and the main restaurants, shops, and tourism agencies are in Av. San Martin only one block away. Joaquin and Jeremias were outstanding in every aspect, from their courtesy and friendship to giving tips and key recommendations for tourism. The room's cleanliness was perfect. Every day the hotel's staff was up to clean the room and change towels, etc. Definitely worth it!

The two really nice things about Mirador del Beagle are the views and the owners. Although the place is a bit away from downtown, the views from the rooms that are in the front side of the property are lovely! (As I understood, you need to book in advance for these rooms). As for the owners, Marina and Christian, they are really caring people! Marina wants the place to be clean, and any guest who messes things up (like the group of Korean tourists that moved out that morning did) will upset her a lot; and rightfully so too. I recommend this hosteria for a quiet and pleasant stay.
