Parking is a big hassle as the place is always crowded.
Parking is a big hassle as the place is always crowded. They close at noon 1PM and re open at 4PM. Trinkets, souvenirs, gifts, fragrant oils, local garments, antiques, traditional foods and fruits. A feast for the eyes. Dont miss the famed Omani Halwa (black colour)

Lovely Souq.
Lovely Souq. Unlike other souls in the Middle East, the sellers are not too pushy, they are much more respectful and nice. This means you’d can walk around the souk at leisure without feeling overwhelmed be venders pushing their goods on you. Really clean. Lovely to buy traditional wear. It was nice to see locals using the soul, not just tourists. Good food at the cafes. Very clean and well maintained.

The staff and facilities are wonderful. Breakfast was a generous buffet. The beach is beautiful and set in a private cove. I took the free shuttle bus to Mutrah Souq and it was friendly and hassle-free.
