Fantastic tiny of land crammed with shops, restaurants, a footbridge, lobster boat trips, but all in a compact yet very quaint and cozy manner. It marks one of the ends of the Marginal Way seaside walk. On one side of it is the ocean, on the other is the boat-filled cove. Parking is quite limited throughout the day, but there are large parking lots around the area, all within a very short walk to the cove. They also have trolley service and beach taxis. It’s a place that comes to mind immediately when thinking ‘New England coastal village’.

The trolly stop is right in front of the motel and it will take you everywhere in Ogunquit. Beaches restaurants and Perkins Cove. The shortcut to the beach is in front as well. You can park and never move your car. A very short downhill walk to the beach from Main Street. As close as you can get without staying on the beach that may only have 4 hotels on it and if you stay on the beach you will be walking up to Main Street and Shore Dr most of the time.SeanUnited States of America

We walked to Ogunquit, Marginal Way and to Perkins Cove and back, beautiful walk. If you are used to walk it is not a problem. Don't count too much on the trolley, it only runs sporadically and will not run during inclement weather(rain) which is completely ridiculous.

The staff were all helpful and delightful, including Lily and the cleaning crew! The weather wasn't that great on some days so the indoor pool came in very handy with the kids! We would definitely book this place again, it was perfect combination of an airbnb since we stayed in the townhome with a kitchen, but even better because it had the hotel amenities.
