The lodge was really well equipped, the owner was very helpful. Watching the kangaroo's from the window was just the icing on the cake, it was one of the best places we have stayed so far in Australia

Each of these chalets features timber ceilings, a modern kitchen, polished wooden floors and a spacious living area that leads out to a wide veranda, where you can watch kangaroos and deer wander past.

The chalets are very spacious, well appointed, and user friendly. We throughly enjoyed the separate seating area with two small sofas, cozy cushions and blankets for the cool mornings. A bonus were all the morning birds calling.

Each room includes a cosy fireplace, a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. They also have a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric kettle and a toaster. The private bathroom has deluxe toiletries.

Amazing location out of town. Really felt like you were in the bush. Absolutely delightful! We saw lots of wildlife, wallaby's and deer. By far the loveliest place we stayed during our month stay in Australia. Instruction manual very detailed and helpful. Great black out blinds, coasters, blankets, magazines. Very homely. We used the bbq both evenings as it seemed pointless going out with such great comfort and surroundings. Halls Gap Grocer a short drive away. Not a huge selection but enough to get by on.

The whole place was excellent - clean and welcoming and very well appointed. The booking and check-in process was super-easy and seamless. We were very excited on our arrival to see Kangaroos in the back of the property and then two Emus casually stroll by while we were eating dinner. We'll be going back here again.

Highly recommended. Convenient for the town, and a great base for exploring the grampians. Comfy lodge with a bed and spa bath with overhead shower and a massive TV on the wall. You probably won't use the TV, because open the patio doors and there is wildlife galore. At one point I counted 18 kangaroos, 3 Cockatoos and a kookubara ( plus some ducks). A great find, good value and helpful owners. Other useful extras included a laundry room with all the liquids etc and nice new washers/ dryers.

We stayed in the Blue Wren lodge, it was great. It is a one bedroom house with plenty of space for two, just 5 min walk to the middle of town. Kangaroos and ducks on the front doorstep. The best we have stayed in in Halls Gap.

The lodges are right in the center of Halls Gap and within walking distance to all restaurants and the Pinnacle hiking trail. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. There were parking spots in front of the lodge.

We decided to go for the luxury villa and it exceeded our expectations. Set away from the other lodges, with a magnificent view of the Grampians, it had everything we needed: fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, 2 comfortable bedrooms both with attached bathrooms, a verandah. Just like the photos. There were also board games, Netflix, Amazon Prime. If only our itinerary allowed us to stay longer. Overall, a most wonderful stay.

The lodges were located in the most beautiful setting. There were kangaroos, cockatoos, emus, deer and cute little wrens. Each lodge has a fire pit which was a nice touch. Bathroom had a corner spa. Amazing lodges with lots of space to move and very clean. Location is a short drive to Halls Gap town. overall it was a great experience.

The Kingfisher Lodge was amazingly comfy and clean, it had everything you could need during a holiday. The wood fire was perfect, as were the little visits from the kangaroos. Would definitely revisit the Lodges and have recommended them to family.
