All of the staff were so lovely, the views were breathtaking & the food was incredible (although the prices are slightly higher than we’ve found elsewhere in Ecuador it was so worth it for the quality & taste & big portions). Daniel was very friendly and helpful when we arrived with a sick child, late at night. He even prepared a meal for us upon our arrival. The room was cozy with the wood stove and there were more than enough blankets for all of us to stay comfortably warm. it was all in all, a great experience.
