Staying at Holmen Husky is an experience far away from staying at an ordinary hotel. We want our guests to get closer to nature and to get a taste of what it is like to live close to the elements. We had an all around fantastic stay. Staff was really nice and proactive to make you feel at home. The included breakfast and the meals we ordered were delicious. Certainly a fantastic experience if you're looking for something other than the usual hotel room. And as luck has had it the weather allowed us to see a beautiful aurora right there and then.

10 km from Alta City and 500 metres from Alta River lies Trasti & Trine Boutique Hotel. Surrounded by forest, the location offers good hiking, skiing and biking trails straight from the cottage door. This vacation was a once in a lifetime experience. The location was perfect to see the northern lights, the restaurant served food of the quality of a Michelin star restaurant, and the staff was extremely friendly. Even though the location was quite remote, there were plenty of activities to do. PS: it is also a great place to propose to your girlfriend - a guaranteed YES (from personal experience) :)

Private dining in our cabin was amazing! We were lucky enough to see the northern lights throughout the night in the glass cabin - exceptional!

Excellent location with a very nice and helpful host. Apartment was very nice and modern with everything you need to have a good stay.

Hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. The house was clean and we took advantage of their kitchen and board games. They even invited us to have dinner with them in their barbecue hut. I cannot recommend this place enough! This was by far the best place we stayed at throughout our trip in Norway.

The location and the set up is very beautiful, special Mention to the ultra kind staff who were really helpful with all our requests. We even got an early checkin. Note : You can reach this place with bus no 920 (Arctic Route) which needs to be pre booked else you can hop on a public transport bus 160. Highly recommend the place.

Objekat Reisa Lodge u gradu Storslett nudi smeštaj sa pogledom na planinu, vrtom, zajedničkim salonom i terasom. WiFi i privatni parking u objektu Reisa Lodge mogu da se koriste besplatno. We spent there couple of days with our friends - two families with kids in various ages. Whole lodge was at our disposal. Premises are very nice, clean and cosy. Surrounding Reisa national park area is magnificent - river, mountains etc. Hotel owner Roar is super friendly, very open in communication and very helpful, did his best for us to enjoy Norway in winter time (we will try to find time to come back and see Norway in summer season). Sitting with friends in warm jacuzzi bath tube on open roof terrace, enjoying drinks and observing northern lights playing in cold night sky is absolute once in a life time experience.
