Zur Alten Mine is situated 5 km outside of Graskop. Guests can walk around the dam in the gardens or hike up to the old mine. Loved the location, chalet, grounds, complimentary gingerbread biscuits, and recycling policy.

Natasja was so welcoming when we arrived. She was happy to organise game drives and the boat safari for us and share her tips for the area and give us recommendations for nice restaurants. As two 30-year-old girls traveling together, we felt very safe at the lodge. When we mentioned something was broken in the room, it was fixed straight away. The rooms were perfectly cleaned every day while we were out exploring. The braai and outside kitchen was our favorite thing to come back to, to cook our dinner and relax with a glass of wine watching the sunset and scenery from our little patio. We will definitely recommend the lodge to friends and family and we hope to be back very soon! Thank you :)

The Pictures online couldn’t even capture how beautiful this place really is. During the whole Stay we felt like in a dream. From the moment we arrived “host” welcomed us with pure Joy and kindness. She turned every wish into reality. Whether it was the really extraordinary breakfast that was packed especially for us before our Safari at 5am in the morning or the support in finding a good place for having dinner in the evening. Everything was just right. But as with everything, you have to experience it for yourself to understand what you are getting here. I can only give you this advice. Just Do it!

Beautifully designed and maintained self-catering lodge in the best possible position - literally less than 5 minutes to the Paul Kruger gate. The huge glass sliding doors and outside sitting areas are a big plus. Quality finishes throughout, comfortable beds and enough hot water for six. Clint and his team are extremely professional and helpful and pay attention to every detail. Excellent communication. Best self-catering option we’ve stayed at in many years of visiting the Kruger Park, with the restaurant and pool of the Protea Marriot Hotel a short walk away.

Amazing property, big room with private pool and service 24/7. They took us to a big five property to do safari one day and in the other we booked a full-day Kruger safari with them. Both were great, recommend it for everyone.

I stayed for 6 nights and every single day was special! I was looking for something small, private and isolated in contrast to the typical "see the big 5 plans" in order to enjoy what the bush has to offer, and my expectations were absolutely exceeded. The staff is simply amazing. Ed and Ivone are amazing hosts! Ed is an amazing guide and apart from knowing everything about the bush, he really knows how to transfer his knowledge to his guests in a very passionate and genuine way. Ivone is very friendly, helpful and she always wanted to make sure that we were having a good time while we were in the camp. Sibu and Eunita were very sweet and they cooked delicious meals for us! Our last game drive was carried out with Tim who was also very knowledgeable and friendly :) The camp is beautiful and the way it is built respect the environment where is located; somehow open and mainly made of wood. During our game drives we were fortunate to see a lot of game and Ed gave us amazing explanations from a wide range of subjects, apart from sharing his personal experience from his time in the bush, which I really appreciated.

Objekat Kruger Shalati - Train on The Bridge & Garden Suites je smešten u gradu Skukuza, na 10 km od znamenitosti Skukuza Indigenous Plants Nursery i 2 km od znamenitosti Skukuza Museum, a u ponudi... This was hands down one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The location was fantastic, but it was the service from the front desk, to the personalized game drives and even the super clean car we returned to. The food and wait staff were excellent as well. They really treated us like royalty throughout our stay.
