The house was huge and had lots of great amenities. We loved the game room, and backyard area with the dock. The golf cart was great for getting to the beach. The house was stocked with cooking items/dishes which was helpful as well.

I had some concerns with the messages I received from the host, which I brought up to Booking once and they were able to address. I did bring up some concerns to the host once we arrived at the house as well, and he was generally receptive to those.
The area itself was busy but fine. The backyard was a nice space to be but being next to a strip mall meant loud trucks going by periodically. It seems the amenities of the backyard were damaged a bit, maybe by the hurricanes or age. But generally the space was nice to have.
The house’s floors and surfaces, especially kitchen and bathroom seemed clean. But there was a lot of wear and tear in the house. The curtains were very dirty and stained, there were scuffs and dings on the walls, and other small things like that.
There were expectations of the kitchen that we could easily prepare meals in, but it was missing some basic items, even so much as drinking glasses, but when I contacted the host about it, he said that he would replace those so it might not be an ongoing issue.
Generally, the house was fine, but I don’t think this is a place. I would stay again with my family.

Location is relatively close to beaches. Didn’t use the balcony because of all the bridge/road noise.
Really enjoyed the pool and the view surrounding the pool!

It was across the street from the beach, and next to nice restaurants, had a cute kitchenette and the pool was right next to
the pool, had a large refrigerator and everything needed in the kitchen.

The space was beautifully designed! The backyard was a great little oasis to grill out for dinner and relax. The house was a very easy walk to the beach! The grocery store is just a couple of blocks away! We really enjoyed our stay!

Overall I really liked this spot. There are no hotels in Seminole FL to my knowledge as a former resident. Most of the friends I was visiting live in Seminole or nearby Indian Rocks Beach. This is a small Florida 2 Bedroom and 1 Bath house with Parking. While I stayed as a solo traveler, it''s well set up for a family stay with young children. There are games inside the house and playful jumbo connect four outdoors along with a small playset. There is a swing that an adult can use. There is an ample fenced backyard with chairs, tables and grill. Inside the kitchen has an air fryer, toaster. and bullet blender. I noted I like a lot of ice and the freezer had a full bag of unopened ice. They provide two ice trays. Considering the amount of ice I use a day, I did not run out of ice during a 4 night stay. I posted photos of this house on my social media and a high school classmate who lives out of state reached out to me to consider staying at this house together in the future. This house is centrally located in the Bardmoor area but is not in the Bardmoor Subdivision.

Brand New. Private luxury. Beautiful renovation. Comfortable. Kind, courteous . Very friendly staff! Enough to make someone want to
Move in. Home away from home!
We loved this hotel. Such a beautiful historic building, it was like travelling back in time. Huge rooms with comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast. Welcoming staff. Especially the lounge area with free coffee and tea was outstanding.
Very quiet neighborhood that feels similar to the old Coconut Grove in Miami. Clean as a whistle, everything appears to be brand new. The pillowtop bed, luxurious sheets, and softest towels were an unexpected treat. The quality of everything was top notch. I did not use the kitchen facilities but they wee clean and a few staples were on hand as well. I particularly liked the veranda with wicker furniture for lunging. Joe the host was nearby ready and willing to help in any way but not obtrusive. He even Uberred me to the airport.
