The room was well facilitated and even though we were warned we may hear the room overhead; it was never a concern for us. Staff were more than welcome to move us if we wanted. you don't get that service from a large motel chain!

The room was very clean and had ample tea, coffee etc. The heating was excellent and electric blankets were supplied.

Very quirky place with a lot of personality. Our room was lovely with great little sofa, comfy cushions and throws. Really gorgeous toiletries! Lots of towels and generously sized, most places only gave a bath towel and tiny hand towel during our trip. Comfy communal areas.
