We got late on Friday and an easy self check-in was set for us. The location is perfect, close to the bakery and restaurants, the room was clean and spacious. The next morning we talked to Shawn, who is a delightful person, and gave us some tips on how to make the most of our visit to the Cabot Trail. We would definitely stay here again. :)

The water views are spectacular! The staff are helpful and knowledgeable of the Cabot Trail area. The breakfast was exceptionally good. Was disappointed there was no vacancy to stay an extra night, will definitely stay at the Cabot Trail motel again on our next trip out East :)

The view from the room was astounding . Breakfast was continental self service, and was excellent. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. It was an excellent location for driving around the area. Baddeck is a nice little town with good food. Would recommend and use again if in the area

The room was spacious and clean with everything anyone would need for their stay. I loved sitting on the back deck in the morning with my coffee (supplied by the motel), enjoying the lake. The breakfast was very good, lots of choices and again, everything very clean and well organized. I would definitely book with Trailsman Lodge on my next visit.

All rooms are waterfront with big windows to enjoy. The property is older but nicely maintained and equipped with comfy beds and kitchenette. It was a great start for our trip around the Cabot Trail.
