Walls were a little thin so sounds like talking and laughing late at night could be heard. There were a few restaurants about, but it was several miles to Bar Harbor. The one bedroom cottage was roomy enough for our party of three adults (one slept on the fold-out futon in the living room). Everything was clean and the grounds are well-kept. Lena in the office is very accommodating. The motel room was a good size and was quiet even though there were people on both sides.
