When we arrived, after making reservations 2 months prior, we were told the motel was overbooked, and we were being relocated to a different property. We went to the other motel and found it DISGUSTING! Evidently, both properties are owned by the same person. The one that was "overbooked" was reasonably acceptable. However, this was obviously an outright scam to fill a less than desirable motel with customers who had no other options. Avoid both Bay Motel and Delta Motel!!!

My room is clean orderly and will maintained. The bathroom was really clean and had fresh towels. I love the floors in the room. I had a king size bed and it was quite comfortable. The TV is a bit small but suitable. When I'm in that area again I will use this motel because of the affordability.

Did not have breakfast - was meeting family for breakfast elsewhere. This is an older motel, but was very clean and no road noise. The air conditioning was a little loud but not too bad. The refrigerator had a hum/whine when it kicked on, but the air conditioner made it less noticeable. The bed was very comfortable.

From the road, this motel didn't offer high expectations, but the room was clean, roomy and updated, bed was comfortable, mini fridge was on and cold. The staff was friendly and accommodating. One of the better motels we stayed on a 5 day journey. Would definitely choose again when in the Bay City area.

This motel is not worth the stay. It was very dirty and found what we think was a drug baggy in the room. We didn't feel safe. The hot tub was nice but we weren't sure how clean it was. When I arrived a creepy guy walked down to my car and stared at me then walked away. I asked for a hair dryer and was told they were all stolen or broke. Don't stay here!

Older, outdated roadside Motel that could probably use some TLC but worth the inexpensive rate for a night's sleep on the road. Located on busy thoroughfare with nearby places to eat. AC drowned out traffic noises or mostly from other people.
