The unit (#19) was so cute and was just as pictured online. The windows were able to be open and the door had a screen door so we could leave the hard door open to enjoy the mountain air. It was the cleanest motel I've ever stayed in. Our unit was right by the creek and we were able to sleep with the windows open and listen to the water, it was amazing. The staff was very friendly.

great location with ample parking. clean & fresh rooms and well spec’d. slight grumble about the breakfast as it was a smash & grab coffee ,OJ , fruit or packaged pastry that you ate whilst stood in reception . other than that very happy .

Kerby Estats Units

It is a vintage motel built in 1958. Comfortable and located behind the space needle. I parked my car when I arrived and I walked everywhere,, did not get in the car until I left days later.

Great motel with easy access to and from Dollywood with the shuttle stop being right next to it. Lots of shops and diners on the easy street and very quiet despite being next to the main roads. Would reccomend!

I like it because it was convenient in going to different places and a lot of it was in walking distance. I recommend Connor Hill Motor Lodge to anyone. My husband and I really enjoyed our visit. It was nice and clean.

The breakfast was fantastic, plenty to choose from. The room was spacious, very clean and well decorated. The swimming pools were really good.

For the location and price you can’t beat it. The staff is the best part of staying here and my daughter loves Pepe the parrot in the lobby. Rooms are extra nice and comfortable along with being next door to a grocery store and the exit to Dollywood. My family will stay here as long as it is open. Thank you all for the memories made with my family.
