The Patrons were excellent! Very friendly and courteous. I missed a day that I had reserved. Mesa Oasis Inn contacted me after I was home and referred me on how to get reimbursed from Booking.com, (who were also very helpful), for the day I did not stay, after they had already been paid through booking.com for it. I did not expect this nor did I ask for it. They were courteous enough to be proactive about it and it earned them my next stay in Mesa, AZ. Thank you so much Mesa Oasis Inn

Small complex 20 rooms, mom and pop, literally, owned. Husband and wife team work the site and do an excellent job. Retro style motel but refurbished and very well maintained. Apache trail was known for many of these small independently owned motels. However, developers have forced many out and now apartments for asu dominate the area. On lite rail route, Makes getting around easy.

The motel has humble accommodations but had everything we needed for our stay, a comfortable bed, a decent tv, a decent shower, a microwave and a mini-fridge. Would stay again due to it being a good value compared to the crazy prizes of other hotels during spring training.

Location close to the fwy, gas at Costco close by. Overall pretty quite at night. Motel is going through renovations, was very noisy when we arrived in late afternoon, I call front desk and the manager came right away to see if it was too noisy for us. She talked to the work crew and the noise level lowered totally. I am not sure if they stopped for the day or what, but I really appreciate the kind & quick response. we had driven all day and were really tired.

The rooms are a good size for two double beds, quiet hotel with little noise. Beds very comfortable and despite the bathroom not looking very nice the shower was warm and powerful. Good coffee making facilities. Nice to have an iron and hairdryer in the room. Air con worked well.

They have no breakfast their beds were so uncomfortable that was dogs in every room almost I couldn't sleep from the barking and then something bit me again I've had problems with bed bugs there also but I thought I'll try it again and I did and the only good thing about your Motel is the staff they're very nice and that's the only reason I keep going back

My room was very clean, comfy bed and it was 98% quiet. Some riff raff and a car alarm kept going off is my only complaint. Keep your car locked and valuables in your room! Can't go wrong with free hot coffee either! This motel is right off the freeway and close to everything! If you need to do laundry, there's a great laundry mat on Mesa Drive one exit East bound and one block North. Super clean and new machines too! Close to downtown Gilbert and their great restaurants and shopping! Go there!
