We have stayed at the Heritage House a number of times when visiting Prescott. It is always very clean, and the staff very friendly and competent. The location is good because it is in walking distance of downtown. I plan to stay there every time I get the chance.

We had no false expectations for a historical landmark. I found the staff to be beyond customer service trained. Knowledgeable of the history and so accommodating. We ate at the Bistro and the food was absolutely amazing. There were small shops in the same building and a jewelry fair in the common area. I was right at home. I wish we could have stayed longer. I will def go back!!

Because of that we took the risk of getting an economy room. Imagine how pleased we were to find a room that had everything you would expect in a much more expensive motel. If we are needing a place in Prescott again we will certainly book with the Sierra Inn and plan to stay longer.
