Almost New rooms. Very clean and well set up. Plenty of parking right in the middle of town. Motel was fully booked and we got a larger disability access room which was the best set up I have seen. Close to the highway but got a very good nights sleep. The owner said that being new, the rooms were insulated to the current standard.

El Colonial Terrace Motor Inn se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie del mercado de Raymond Terrace y alberga un bar restaurante. Cuenta con una piscina. We really enjoyed the facilities. The beds were comfortable and it was suitable for a family of 6 (there was only 4 of us but enough beds for 6 comfortably - plus no bunks 🙂). We only stayed overnight and had an enjoyable time. The pool was night and the grounds kept beautifully.

This fantastic motel in a small country town surpasses all the motels that we have stayed in this trip. Loved that it had a two-seater lounge and everything that we needed for an overnight stay. Spotless and very comfortable Would highly recommend.
