Located in Bad Gastein, 2 km from Bad Gastein Railway Station, The Comodo Bad Gastein, a Member of Design Hotels provides accommodation with a terrace, private parking, a restaurant and a bar. The most unbelievable hotel I've stayed at!! We were blown away with the beautiful design, views, and amenities at The Comodo. We especially loved the restaurant and the extra such as yoga classes, movie nights, and sauna/pool. You can take a €15-20 10-minute taxi from the Bad Gastein train station or walk along a beautiful walking path for about 30 minutes. So many things to do around the hotel in every season!

The STORKS is a hotel in the center of Bad Hofgastein which presents its uniqueness by combining the old with the new. The owners and staff were exceptionally kind, the cleanliness of the room exceeded all expectations, and the amenities, not limited to Sauna and Honesty Bar, were wonderful. The hotel was warm, friendly, and incredibly well decorated. This was a comfortable place to spend a holiday.
Nefer, Haus

Located in Bad Gastein, less than 1 km from Bad Gastein Railway Station, Nefer, Haus provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. We stayed at house Nefer for two nights during the off season (october) and enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts Andreas and Edda welcomed us with open arms and treated us like friends rather than guests. Andreas took time to explain activities and locations for us and even checked for open restaurants and possible routes for walking or other possible activities. Andreas and Edda spent an evening with us in the wine cellar explaining and drinking different wines with us and having a good conversation with us about the history of the House which belonged to the german actor Georg Thomalla and his wife before they bought it. The location of this house is perfect and only a few minutes from the city center. We arrived by train and walking there from the train station only takes about 10-15 minutes depending on the route. The house has a beautiful interior with interesting designer furniture and accessories everywhere you look. Our double room was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen and dining area, which can be used by guests is very spacious and has everything you need, including a fridge for guests. The breakfast prepared by Edda had everything you can wish for and was prepared for exactly the time we wanted to get up. The whirlpool which we could use even late at night was clean and a lovely experience. Andreas and Edda provide a very welcoming atmosphere and we wish them the very best for their future.

Guided hikes are offered in summer. picturistic hotel located near the river with a fantastic view and sound of flowing water at the river. each corner and spot at the hotel well decoreted. for a small boutique hotel the breakfast was with a huge variety and everything was tasty. we will definitely will return to this gem :)

Edith and Silvia are lovely hosts, very hospitable, making you feel like at home. One get a family feel once you walk through the door. We could leave our bags already in the morning, before the check-in, and could also store them after the check-out, during the day of our departure. We got breakfast when we arrived in the morning even though it wasn't included in our stay, this was super nice! Breakfast is great. The buffet provides a variety of options. Freshly boiled eggs are also served! Best location in Bad Gastein, just opposite the cable car and the train station. Super convenient.
