Melanie at the reception welcomed us and she was very helpful, very positive and made us feel really special. A nice prosecco welcome drink was amazing! We've got an upgrade and the the room with the own sauna was just perfect! Breakfast was very good and everything was well thought till the last detail.

Spa and wellness is wonderful, and the food is delicious. They pay attention to allergies/intolerances, always offered options for my husband who is gluten and lactose intolerant. The owner and the Team also greeted me on my birthday with a very nice card and housewine, so they really treat all their guest super unique. I can only recomend this place if you want to spend great time.

The interior of the hotel is beautiful and cozy. The view of the mountains is amazing. The saunas are really nice and clean and it was great to swim in the pool afterwards. Breakfast and dinner was outstanding! The suite was large and clean and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend everyone to come here. Hope to come back some day!
