Located a 19-minute walk from German Becker Stadium, Best Western Ferrat offers 3-star accommodations in Temuco and features a fitness center, a restaurant and a bar. Everything was fine. We check in late at night but there was no problem, very nice personal. Although we check out early but breakfast start 6.30 am, that was very good for us. Clean and pleasant place to stay

Its a contemporary boutique lodge nestled within the araucarian forest , 20 min from Pucon. The architecture and the interior design of the place is inspiring, warm and is in perfect symmetry with its surroundings. The tranquility of the scenery . All the rooms are beautifully and sustainably designed and everything is new and well maintained. Alejandro and Cata have been wonderful hosts to us , and made us feel very welcome. The hotel offers sauna , a hot tub and massages apart from the outdoor pool . We stayed there 3 nights and it rained all the time which made the place even more magical and warm . It also has a good bar and offers home cooked meals which are delicious. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back .

The hotel is family run and you can really feel the love and care they put into the services. Friendly check-in (they even let us into our room about 3 hours early) to breakfast with freshly served juices, eggs, delicious cakes, fresh fruit - everything was great. We had a little garden patio from our room which was really nice.
