We had a wonderful stay. The owner is an artist and art abounds. Very attractive and pleasant ambiance. We could see and hear the waterfall from our bed. Attention given to details. The staff were so helpful and very pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is set in beautiful gardens overlooking mountains with rabbits, ducks and chickens running freely. We also had complimentary use of the Turkish bath and sauna. The hotel is on the outskirts of town, about 15 minutes walk to the centre. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet with excellent security. We even extended our stay!!

It features spa facilities and it is surrounded by a tropical garden.... Everything about Isla de Banos is perfect. It combines old world charm with modern efficiency. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

Amazing hotel in a very special design, The owner of the hotel and his wife, personally helped us. the restaurant, breakfast, and dinner were excellent, especially the Tzimtsuri.
