The staff and owners are wonderful and went above and beyond to make our visit to Basque County perfect. Everything is well maintained, and the room was big, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is exceptional. The location is ~1 hour from Bilbao, and there are many things to see in and around Ellorio. Thank you Elena, Maider, and Niko for making this an exceptional experience! Free public parking is available 5 min away from the hotel.

The hotel was beautiful and our room had a glorious balcony overlooking the harbor, Getxo and the Vizcaya Bridge. I expected the area to be more industrial, but it really was a neighborhood (in addition to being industrial) and it was really fun to walk along the water and over to Getxo via the aerial bridge. We saw the beach, but didn't go. We wished we had had more time to relax and to explore. There was parking in the basement and it was only about 25 minutes to the airport. We weren't there for breakfast.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. There were balcony with beautiful ocean view, this hotell was in front of Ereaga Beach. Vizcaya hanging bridge was in walking distance. Bed was very comfortable, shower was very good. I very much enjoyed blackout curtains. This hotel had everything you need for a nice vacation in a beautiful place.

Everything. We had a balcony oceanfront room. It was very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking was across from the hotel and it was easy to get in and out.
