In the heart of Armagh, the Armagh City Hotel is just 15 minutes’ walk from Armagh Astropark. With a modern leisure centre and free parking, there is also a traditional restaurant. The people. Friendly consumate professionals. Could not possibly find a single thing to complain about. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Personally i was very sad to have to come back home to costa Blanca. Henk, Rowland , Peter and Orla are now my new best friends. Walking into the hotel was like walking into your best friends house. The welcome was amazing and they even had a packed lunch ready for me at 4 am for the flight back. Absolutely fantastic and friendly staff. Smiling hapoy people makes for smiley happy guests. Armagh City Hotel have got it spot on. I cant wait to go back.

Situated 12 km from Proleek Dolmen, Greenvale Cabins offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a garden and barbecue facilities. So peaceful, felt like we were in an another world. Clean, rustic and modern vibe with all the amenities you could want and need. Hot tub was so perfect, we stayed in it for hours star gazing and admiring the views. It really is something else.

Offering barbecue facilities and garden view, Tanglewood Loft is situated in Newry, 21 km from Carlingford Castle and 22 km from Proleek Dolmen. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The studio was even nicer in person than in the pictures. Our little dog loved it as there was plenty of space for her to roam. Mary was so kind and so very helpful. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend staying here.
