The hotel staff were really helpful and friendly, the location was perfect, across from the train station. The comfortable and appropriate room, with everything you need for your stay. We left early on a Saturday and they were kind enough to leave us a small bag of snacks for breakfast.

Adjacent to the East Midlands Conference Centre, this contemporary 4-star hotel features accessible rooftop terraces, green roofs and free Wi-Fi in all areas. This conference hotel on the university campus was a pleasant surprise. Our room was well appointed, with very good amenities and huge and comfy bed. The restaurant food was of a surprisingly high standard, with excellent service from waiting staff. Particular thanks go to Cordelia, her friendly and knowledgeable approach made our meal a delight.

The pool and gym were great. Staff were all friendly. Bus stop outside the hotel that takes you to the tram and/or to the city centre.

Incredibly good value - room was luxurious beyond expectations for the price. Staff on arrival and on check out were brilliant. Nothing I could fault and would absolutely look to stay here again.
