The breakfast was very good, with several options. The attention of the employees was also something outstanding, they very attentive and caring. The bathroom was very big, same as the bedroom

Attractively set in Birmingham, The Grand Hotel Birmingham features air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a terrace. This 5-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. We stayed at the Grand just for one night, but it was a lovely stay. The staff at reception were wonderful and provided us a guide to the city. We were also able to check in early and get into our room no problem after arriving on a morning train from London. The room was surprisingly large, and the bathroom and shower were very nice. Everything was very comfortable and quiet.
