Located in Patra and with Psila Alonia Square reachable within 300 metres, The Bold Type Hotel, a Member of Design Hotels provides concierge services, allergy-free rooms, a garden, free WiFi... This is a renovated building, an amazing 19th century mansion. The design is decent, it has kept its character with minimal modern touches. We enjoyed our short stay and will definitely go back. The staff was really friendly and helpful. As we visited on a winter Sunday, the hotel was quiet and peaceful. We were able to park our car in designated spots right outside the hotel (also offering a charging station for electric cars). Complimentary breakfast included many options, mainly various dishes based on eggs, but also others you could order from the menu (definitely value-for-money, as quality was excellent and what we had could easily exceed 20 euros/person at a local cafe).

This was a good hotel for a one night stop during our road trip around North West Greece. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room spacious. We had drinks in the roof top bar in the evening and the service was good. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was extensive and good quality. There was parking available in a parking lot next to the hotel at 5 euros per day. The hotel is in a good location near the port and was easy to find. We had a room with view of the port and the balcony was a good size.

We were here for one night between Athens and Kefalonia and weren't expecting to have such a great time! The staff gave us a room with an incredible view and we had a lovely evening which we won't forget (see pic of our view -we spent the evening watching the sunset from our balcony!). The room was a great size, nice bathroom, and staff were really friendly. A good quality breakfast was included and you could have it brought to your room (we did!). Wish we stayed longer in Patras. Locally, there's plenty of shops and cafes, and we climbed the stairs up from the port to enjoy the view for longer over a Fredo Cappuccino (cold coffee)! The hotel was great value.
