Ideally situated in Heraklio Town, Ethereal White Resort Hotel & Spa features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. Everything was clean, crisp, and new. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice. The rooms were comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was incredible. If I visit Heraklion again, this is where I will stay.

Top level hotel in the city center of Heraklion. Close to some great restaurants and the buzzing city center. The interieur and rooms are fresh and modern. Great architecture and interieur design/furniture overall. Breakfast is fantastic with lots of choice and fresh products. You can enjoy this indoor or outdoor on the lovely courtyard. Pictures on booking for the rooms are 100% correct. We had a room with a great view on the church with a spacious balcony. Great bed (firm), shower, etc. Best of all was the staff. Katarina and the other team members were very helpful and hospitable! Great cocktails by the way.

Bra beliggenhet. Super service, men jeg kom litt sent til å bruke fasilitetene. Restauranten stengte da jeg kom (fordi jeg kom sent på kvelden) og bassenget var stengt for vinteren. Sengen var litt hard, men jeg fikk badekar på rommet og det satt jeg veldig stor pris på. Frokosten var også overraskende god med mye utvalg!

Amazing hotel with everything you need in it. We enjoyed every day that we spent here. All the staff was very friendly, our room was cleaned every day and all the housekeepers were so nice. Especially want to admit animators, they are doing their work with such a joy and energy, big respect to them. Our 4 years old daughter was staying at kids club with pleasure thanks to Paula and Lara, big thanks to them. In the main restaurant waiters always took care for you to have a served and clean table very fast. Food was nice, there was a great variety of everything. Evening programs were nice too and just enough for family holidays. We definitely recommend this beautiful and cozy hotel to everyone 💛

My husband and I have been travelling to resorts separately, together and as a family for over 20 years, primarily in South America (mexico, dominican republic, columbia, aruba etc) but this is by far the absolute best resort we have been to and I am so happy my children had this experience. The staff is always gracious, smiling, happy and especially helpful. The food and drinks were amazing in all areas of the resort! The rooms are well maintained and always clean with comfortable beds and adequate supplies. The grounds are immaculate and well manicured. I got a sense that the people truly enjoy working here because of the happiness they exude all day long. The assistant manager is exceptional and is all over the resort helping and ensuring that the guests are well taken care of. This is my 3rd time to Greece and my husband and childrens first time and Im so happy that all of the great things that I’ve said about this beautiful country and its people was proven true! Heraklion is a 30 minute drive away and full of restaurants and gift shops. Hersonissos is a 5 minute taxi ride east and is so full of energy. Bars, clubs restaurants, shops, everything!! Thank you Lyttos Beach for the amazing memories :)

Bassengområdene (det er mange!) er fantastiske, badelandet var kjempegøy for hele familien! Reiste med 2 barn på 4 og 5, de elsket det! God is, og slush. Godt matutvalg. Prøvde snackbaren i badelandet og buffetrestauranten. De ansatte var veldig hyggelige.
