Outstanding staff - reception to breakfast to Restsurant couldn’t haven more welcoming or helpful and friendly. The location is excellent and easy to reach all the archaeological sites. Very hard to praise the hotel too much.

The staff were incredibly helpful and nice. The rooms were comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was incredible. If I visit Heraklion again, this is where I will stay.

Great architecture and interieur design/furniture overall. Breakfast is fantastic with lots of choice and fresh products. You can enjoy this indoor or outdoor on the lovely courtyard. Pictures on booking for the rooms are 100% correct. We had a room with a great view on the church with a spacious balcony. Great bed (firm), shower, etc. Best of all was the staff. Katarina and the other team members were very helpful and hospitable! Great cocktails by the way.
