Boasting a privileged location, 984 feet from the gate of Monemvasia’s castle, Malvasia Traditional Hotel offers stone-built units most with views over the sea. The overall experience of staying in the guesthouse was good & the place (castle) is kinda perfect for a romantic weekend. The staff was helpful & the amenities were as described. Beware that the ground rooms have low ceilings and the shower has a bolted ceiling - meaning u cannot really move much. The floors are cold because you do not have wooden floors. The entry to our guesthouse was a small door, and we had a nice terrace right outside that was private. We ate the breakfast at the hotel which was 250m away from the accommodation.

From $250 per nightThe apartment is located in Elaia Lakonias at a very nice spot, close to Monemvasia, Elafonisos and Gytheio which can be reached in about half an hour by car. The whole building is located just in front of sea. We were given the 1st floor apartment, which is quite new and modern and which has a nice terrace from where sea view is excellent. Owners were leaving at the next apartment and were quite polite and ready to assist with anything needed.

Although it was fully booked we don’t felt it at all. The location is fantastic, seaview, mountain view. The room was nice, huge and every day it was cleaned and we got new towels every day. Staying at the Paraliako hotel was the best exerience so far in our Greece trip. The hosts were really nice and helpful, and also great cooks :) brakfast is really worth the money, great selection and yummy home made cakes and everything you would wish for. They also have a spacious garage, where we could park our motorbike for safety. Everything was clean and neat. Beautiful beach just metres away. Perfect!

This is absolutely the best place in the world. If you are hesitating to try out the resort vacation because of overcrowded hotels, too much people, private beach is always full, you can't find a free spot near pool etc... this is the hotel for you! It was such an amazing stay we even booked an extra night. Totally affordable price, fantastic service, view is amazing, everything was so perfect. Very nice small town near. During the nights you can open windows and sleep with the sound of the ocean. And when we checked out - manager gave us a goodbye gift. Isn't it wonderful? I can keep on writing this review for ages, but you just should visit it and feel all these by yourself!
