Located 200 metres from Mandraki Beach, in Nisyros town, Porfyris Hotel offers a swimming pool and breakfast. The room was ideal for me - quiet, comfortable, away from the street, and private. Cleaning happened every day. The staff are lovely, lovely people. Having a pool on hand was amazing when the harbour beach was just a little too far away in the heat. Mandraki is tiny, so everything is within easy walking distance, but even so, the location was great as it's set back enough to give some distance from the seaside tavernas. There's a bookshelf of books in various languages which can be taken as you like for some holiday reading, and the most laid-back dog I've ever met.

Just 50 metres from Nisyros Port, Guest House Polyvotis is located in Mandraki Village. It offers air-conditioned accommodation with Aegean Sea views. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas. Very clean room, very nice personal, close to the supermarket and to the port.

The room had all we required including very comfortable beds. When we return to Nisyros we will certainly use the Three Brothers Hotel again.

It is one of the most beautiful and relaxing places I have ever been in my life. The room has absolutely all the necessary amenities, the cleanliness is at a very high level, and the view from the terrace is indescribable. Monda was a wonderful host - extremely welcoming and kind. The village is great, the cafe in the square is romantic and authentic, and the walks in the small streets are unforgettable. Palma Resort is the perfect place for people who want to truly relax.

This is a stunningly converted town house that has had no expense spared in its renovation. The attention to detail is exceptional and it’s also extremely stylish. The bedroom is sweet with the bed nook. The host supplied a selection of fruit and juice and biscuits, which was so lovely. I hiked to Avlaki every day, which is the most beautiful place. Hot springs, big volcanic rocks, concrete jetty for sunbaking. So special!

Nikia is a beautiful village especially off season and the location of the studio is wonderful and the views from the roof spectacular. The space is big and clean and the location is great if you want to hike down to the caldera before the tour buses arrive at 11qm.
