White swan offers accommodation in Kallithea of Rethymno. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Very nice and clean hotel on a great location - just a few minutes from the beach and close to the old town. Although it is a busy area, the owner of the hotel provided a free parking spot just in front of the hotel for us. Above all, the stuff in the hotel was exceptional - when we arrived they welcomed us with a traditional raki drink and when leaving they gifted a bottle of home-made olive oil and a bag of sage tea to us. We really enjoyed our time in the hotel and definitely would like to come again.

This 3-star hotel offers a concierge service.... It felt like new! Stylish, spacious, modern decor, well located with everything you could need. The staff were absolutely fantastic with loads of helpful suggestions for where to find great coffee, eat out, beaches to visit etc. The location was easy walking distance to the beach, cafes, bars, shops, restaurants etc. We highly recommend and will definitely book again if we ever come back to Plakias.

Na odlicnoj je lokaciji, par minuta hoda do plaze…sa pekarom u prizemlju zgrade i supermarketom u blizini. Topla preporuka svim turistima koji zele da posete Rethymno! Mi smo uzivali!

I loved the day we arrived and the way the girls explained everything to us and the welcome drinks really surprised us ! This was our second stay at Kalypso and we find everything great value for money. As we're do not spend alot of time at the resort other than sleeping and breakfast it is perfect for needs. The rooms are large with fantastic sea views and breakfast had a nice variety. I find the ladies on reception to be lovely and willing to help with any requests.

Dobar hotel,čisto ,ljubazno osoblje.Posebno bi pohvalio spremačicu Eleni sa drugog sprata servirku Sofiju iz restorana ,kao i menadzerku Angeliki.Soba je bila dobra,nov smart tv,frižider je dobro hladio kao i klima u sobi.Zabavni večernji program je bio dobar.

We chose this resort because it had a wonderful sandy beach area for swimming and an included water park for the kids. Because the water park is private to the resort, the lines were very short even during our peak season visit, so each day my kids had their fill within 1.5 hours, which allowed us to enjoy the beach and pools. Since the location is very remote, the all-inclusive package/meals made everything so easy. We found the food to have lots of variety and great quality. Our room was at the very back of the resort, next to the water park, but we still had sweeping sea views, and everything on the property was kept beautifully clean at times.

This was an oasis of a place. The most gorgeous hotel I have ever stayed in. From its history to the service to the seriously oppressive beauty of this place, it was almost too much to bear. The hotel is surrounded by nature and gorgeous greenery and so it smells incredible. I kept telling myself all my senses were overwhelmed. The rooms were quiet and the beds so comfortable. I slept so deeply and I normally have terrible insomnia... It was so hard to leave. Depressing actually. This place is like art came to live and you are living in it. Its beauty is captivating and warm. I loved the amazing hike you can do from the Arkady Monastery to the hotel. You can arrange with the hotel to be dropped off at monastery and then you hike back thru gorgeous paths and gorges. Breathtaking views and private. The staff at the hotel offered world class service and attention. They were wonderful and so easy to talk to and happy to assist with any request. The breakfast was a bounty of delicious fresh locally-sourced healthy foods. Overall, this was an unbelievable experience. This hotel should be in everyone’s bucket list. Thank you Kapsalianá for the most incredible experience.

Sve je bilo odlicno, uvek nasmejano osoblje hotela, sobe su svaki dan cistili, posteljinu i peškire su menjali na 2-3 dana. Hrana je bila dobra, za rucak i veceru je uvek bila riba, pasta sa plodovima mora, salata od hobotnice… pacetina, zecetina, svinjsko, jagnjeće meso…. bilo je za svačiji ukus, salata raznih. Kolači, voc, sladoled. Plaža je na pet minuta hoda, blizu je autobuska stanica, kafici i restorani i market, sve je jako blizu. Za novac koji smo platili dobili smo i više nego sto smo ocekivali. Vino i pivo su dostupni na tocilicama od 10h do 23h, kome je slabo ili nije odgovarajućeg ukusa ima u market, pa može da kupi odlična bela vina za 4-6, pivo je oko 1-2 evra. Sokovi, kafa, čaj, voda…. Ništa nam nije manjkalo, imali smo odličan odmor. Sigurno ćemo doći ponovo.

We had a very enjoyable time at Villa Maris! Communication with our wonderful host Christina was exceptional - advice on local restaurants and places to visit always forthcoming and superb. The villa is well furnished and has a nice little swimming pool. It's a great base to explore beaches or the mountains. What made our stay extra special were the gifts on arrival, wine and raki made by Christina's father, and other food gifts throughout our stay; thoroughly enchanting!
