Situated in Melissourgoi, 6.2 km from Anemotrypa Cave, Hotel Koferita features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The location was amazing and unique. Top three in Greece excluding islands which is a different category. This area is remote but hugely sophisticated in the availability of infrastructure and the perks that we have been spoiled with. There is wifi even on the remotest paths in complete wilderness. The hotel was beautifully decorated with a minimalist modern look in combination with a great feminine touch. Thoughtful and inspiring touches throughout, even in the hallways and staircases. The room was the largest I've seen in Europe. The bedding was very comfortable. The views beyond terrific. The staff was just the most wonderful, sweet, considerate, thoughtful and hugely helpful staff I have ever come across. I left feeling like we had become friends. So much emotional warmth and care. Finally the breakfasts were perfect with everything being prepared freshly and by the family.

Boasting a spa centre and a restaurant, Gefiri Plakas Hotel by Konnect, Tzoumerka is located in Plaka village of Tzoumerka. Wonderful place. Niki was very helpful and nice. She provided us with very good information about tours and tracks in the area. Food is excellent. We arrived at 3 from rafting and they served also lunch.

Set within mountain ranges and a lush forest of cedar and fir trees, the year-round Orizontes Tzoumerkon is located in Pramanta Village. Amazing hotel! We stayed for three nights but would have loved to stay even longer if it was possible. The quietness, the view, the breakfast, the staff, all were exceptional!

Traditional stone-built structure with modern standards, Anavasi Mountain Resort is situated amongst trees in Tsopela village. It features an indoor swimming pool and balconies with mountain views. I can only echo the excellent reviews that so many guests have already left - this hotel was amazing and way exceeded our already high expectations. The hosts and staff were the warmest, most welcoming, helpful and friendly that we’ve ever encountered. The location is absolutely stunning with breathtaking views in every direction. The hotel itself is very comfortable and spotlessly clean with individually decorated rooms, cosy lounging areas, a beautiful, sunny garden for breakfast and extremely comfortable beds. Rooms were tidied and cleaned every day and beds and towels changed every other day. There were fridges in rooms with bottles of water on arrival and all the usual additions, such as coffee and tea making facilities, refreshed daily. We had a three night family stay in two rooms and I honestly couldn’t find fault if I tried. The hosts were so knowledgable and passionate about the area, provided maps and took the time to chat and recommend daily adventures, which were absolutely spot on. We will definitely be returning as the area is stunningly beautiful and there was still lots to explore. Thank you Anavasi Mountain Resort for looking after us and treating us as friends.

Traditionally built Archontiko Tzoumerkon is centrally situated in Agnanta, near River Arachtos and features a restaurant and bar. The owners (a family) show first rated hospitality. They are ready to do everything so you will enjoy your stay in the hotel, village and Tzumerka. Highly reccomended!

Featuring a bar, Αρχοντικό Βογιάρου is situated in Kalarrites in the Epirus region, 18 km from Anemotrypa Cave and 49 km from Kastritsa cavern. The hotel was located in the center of the town right next to the central square. It was also close to the starting points of the two hikes we wanted to complete. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent!

Set in Athamanio, Athamania Artas has a terrace, restaurant and free WiFi throughout the property. Each room includes a balcony. the accomodation was very authentic, the meals were delicious and the scenery was beautiful. Don't be afraid of the dogs, they are very sweet. though the lady of the house does not speak english, we managed to communicate with each other non verbally. just be creative.
