The location was amazing and unique. Top three in Greece excluding islands which is a different category. This area is remote but hugely sophisticated in the availability of infrastructure and the perks that we have been spoiled with. There is wifi even on the remotest paths in complete wilderness. The hotel was beautifully decorated with a minimalist modern look in combination with a great feminine touch. Thoughtful and inspiring touches throughout, even in the hallways and staircases. The room was the largest I've seen in Europe. The bedding was very comfortable. The views beyond terrific. The staff was just the most wonderful, sweet, considerate, thoughtful and hugely helpful staff I have ever come across. I left feeling like we had become friends. So much emotional warmth and care. Finally the breakfasts were perfect with everything being prepared freshly and by the family.

Gefiri Plakas ligger i byn Plaka i Tzoumerka och har ett spa och en restaurang. Boendet omges av en trädgård och erbjuder smakfullt inredda rum med balkong och utsikt över bergen. Wonderful place. Niki was very helpful and nice. She provided us with very good information about tours and tracks in the area. Food is excellent. We arrived at 3 from rafting and they served also lunch.

Stavraetos ligger i ett stenhus i den vackra byn Syrrako i bergsområdet Tzoumerka. Hotellet ligger på 1 150 meters höjd och är omgivet av lummig grönska. Great room, central location and very friendly staff.

Orizontes Tzoumerkon ligger i Pramanta Village och omges av bergskedjor och en lummig skog med cederträd och granar. De rustika rummen har fantastisk utsikt över den omgivande naturen. Lugnet, naturen, läget. Rummet var rymligt och hade allt man behövde. Maten på restaurangen var god, prisvärd, stora portioner. Fantastiskt! Jag reste med barn och personalen var behjälplig och såg till att barnen fick vad de ville.

Anavasi Mountain Resort ligger bland träd i byn Tsopela och är byggt i traditionell sten med modern standard. Här finns en inomhuspool och balkonger med utsikt över bergen. I can only echo the excellent reviews that so many guests have already left - this hotel was amazing and way exceeded our already high expectations. The hosts and staff were the warmest, most welcoming, helpful and friendly that we’ve ever encountered. The location is absolutely stunning with breathtaking views in every direction. The hotel itself is very comfortable and spotlessly clean with individually decorated rooms, cosy lounging areas, a beautiful, sunny garden for breakfast and extremely comfortable beds. Rooms were tidied and cleaned every day and beds and towels changed every other day. There were fridges in rooms with bottles of water on arrival and all the usual additions, such as coffee and tea making facilities, refreshed daily. We had a three night family stay in two rooms and I honestly couldn’t find fault if I tried. The hosts were so knowledgable and passionate about the area, provided maps and took the time to chat and recommend daily adventures, which were absolutely spot on. We will definitely be returning as the area is stunningly beautiful and there was still lots to explore. Thank you Anavasi Mountain Resort for looking after us and treating us as friends.

Archontiko Tzoumerkon är byggt i traditionell stil och ligger centralt i Agnanta, nära floden Arachtos. Här finns en restaurang och en bar. The owners (a family) show first rated hospitality. They are ready to do everything so you will enjoy your stay in the hotel, village and Tzumerka. Highly reccomended!

Αρχοντικό Βογιάρου ligger i Kalarrytes i Epirus, 18 km från Anemotrypa Cave och 49 km från Kastritsa cavern. Här finns en bar. Utöver rumsservice har det här boendet också en restaurang och en... The hotel was located in the center of the town right next to the central square. It was also close to the starting points of the two hikes we wanted to complete. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent!
