Fosshótel Mývatn is located next to Lake Mývatn, 6.8 km to the Mývatn Nature Baths. The hotels provides free WiFi and free private parking. The hotel has a interesting architecture and is still very new. The view from the hotel restaurant is just great. You see lake Myvatn and the mountains. There were very comfortable beds. The dinner was good, but also very expensive.

Beautiful hotel in pretty location. Dinner was best we had in Iceland. Hot tub and infra red sauna outside. Good breakfast. Herring museum opposite.

This family-run Country Hotel´s rooms include tea/coffee facilities, a patio and panoramic views of Skagafjordur. The room was very spacious. The staff was very nice and wiling to help. The view was amazing. Everything was very clean and pleasant. Breakfast was particularly varied and included a lot of special and local products.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, we even got the room a bit earlier than normal check-in because one of us was sick and needed rest. Breakfast was good, room cleand and nice. Some nice extras like free use of jacuzzi, bathropes and slippers in the room.

This hotel is situated on Lake Myvatn, 3.3 km from Myvatn Nature Baths. A number of amenities including a bar and free WiFi are featured. The location was amazing, close to Husavik, right next to lake Mývatn, close to local spa, near amazing restaurants and quite close from the famous Godafoss waterfall. The staff were very nice and helpful, coming from the Czech republic we were surprised there very plenty of Czech people working there. The room was perfect, very spacious and modern, beds comfy and bathroom was great, too. The view was great as well. Definitely recommended!
