The staff, Patryck made sure everything was perfect! His recommendation for a restaurant was perfect and he even made the reservation for us. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious, you could see there was a lot of effort out into it The beds in the hotel where very comfortable.

Excellent staff and service. Check in is allowed till 9.30pm you just have to call and inform the staff beforehand. Rooms are extremely spacious and very clean. You have a nespresso machine and kettle.in room. Heating is nothing short of perfection. Beds are clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread was superb.very many vegan and vegeterian options. Highly recommended.

The hotel staff is super nice as they were following up on us to check on our safety and well being since there was a snowstorm at that night and we really appreciated that. The hotel manager “Unnur” is kind 😊

We had to change credit cards for payment and host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful, We just stayed overnight but would be quite comfortable staying for longer.

We stayed in the hotel in the month of March. We loved how we were surrounded by snow and how we felt isolated from the outside world living in our own small cabin. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered us complimentary cake for breakfast when they knew that it was our honeymoon. They also provided us an ocean view room upgrade.
