This charming hotel completely exceeded our expectations. What truly sets it apart is the soul of the place. You can see the love and effort the owners, two wonderful sisters, pour into every detail. They were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, recommending hidden gems of Tuscany and making sure we had everything we needed. One of the most heartwarming things was meeting other guests who have been returning to this hotel for 15, even 30 years! Their love for the place speaks volumes about the experience. We felt so welcome and at home, and we can definitely see ourselves becoming regulars too. We will absolutely be back!

Inn Hotel is just 200 metres from the Barberino del Mugello exit of the A1 Motorway. It offers free parking, a 24-hour reception, and air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Hotel was nice, room is clean and beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff of the hotel very helpful.

El Tre Fiumi, de gestió familiar, està situat a Ronta i ofereix un jardí i un restaurant tradicional. L'allotjament es troba en un edifici històric, a 15 minuts a peu de l'estació de tren de Ronta. This is an old hotel with all its charms! The lady of the house welcomed us even after official check in time and we had great polite communication even though we didn’t fully share a mutual language. What a friendly host! Breakfast was traditional with fresh cut up prosciutto and cheese, croissants and bread, cereal, yoghurts and delicious cappuccino. We chose this hotel even though we aren’t cyclists - we were on the way out of Florence towards Bologna and Venice and thought we’d rather stay „along the route“ than in a pricey city hotel. It was definitely the right choice and we would have loved to have more time to stay.

Surrounded by mountains, Hotel La Rosa offers a restaurant and free Wi-Fi throughout. Guests can relax in the furnished garden with views of the countryside. The breakfast offered many choices and plenty of food. I loved getting a whole pot of coffee. The host in the evening and the morning were super friendly and offered to let me use his car to drive up for dinner. That was super generous of him. Bob

Situated in Borgo San Lorenzo’s pedestrian area, Hotel Locanda Degli Artisti is set in a 19th-century building, and offers a terrace and air-conditioned rooms. Wi-Fi is free throughout. A little place nestled in the old part of town. A very attentive owner and lovely breakfast venue close by. I really liked this place, would highly recommend it.

Set in a 15th-century convent, Locanda San Barnaba is in the historic centre of Scarperia, 5 minutes' drive from Mugello Race Track. It offers air-conditioned rooms with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Traditional accomodation with modern facilities making our stay very comfortable. Staff were excellent and very helpful. A superb bonus restaurant downstairs which we took good advantage of. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Set in an ex post station from the 19th century, Il Cavallo is located in Barberino di Mugello, in the Tuscan countryside. Free services here include WiFi and parking. Beautiful old building that is extremely well maintained. Huge room and had use of their patio. Air con was a big treat being 35 degrees. Looked like a new bathroom. Lovely, lovely hosts. So kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and plenty to eat. Would highly recommend you staying here. Restaurant down below that is soooo good too but pizza and pasta just down the road about 50m.

Located on a quiet spot in Barberino Di Mugello’s countryside, Hotel Barberino offers a large garden, a restaurant and a spacious terrace. Great location, right next to the highway and good restaurants. Quite close to the Outlet. We also liked the rather large and comfortable bed.
