My room was super large and provided everything you would need. Nice & cozy breakfast room - with a good choice of options.

In April, we woke to the sound of a cuckoo and the magic of mist-enshrouded mountains and were then treated to an exceptional breakfast of so many homemade cakes and cheeses, yogurts and fruits, perfect cappuccino, muesli and other delights that we might have spent the day in the dining room rather than heading off on our journey! The charming sisters Alicia, the chef, and Nathalie, the hotelier, as well their parents are committed to an idea of hospitality that is so genuine and rare these days, evident in their attentiveness, cordiality, and cheerfulness as well as in the spotless rooms, the well-trained staff, and in their willingness to help plan a memorable stay in the Aosta Valley. Such is their genuine kindness and good humor that when we departed we felt as if we were more than guests and were saying goodbye to beloved family members. We had thought of staying at a large hotel in Courmayeur with a spa and I believe a Michelin star, but we were all so happy with our choice, knowing that what we received was a unique experience, a treasured, star-studded highlight of our trip to Italy.

Great staff! Everyone was welcoming and helpful. The suite/room was spacious yet warm and cozy. The room and bathroom were spotless, and they were cleaned everyday. The view on the city center with the mountains in the background was breathtaking. The spa/inside swimming pool had a great view on the mountains, it was very relaxing and my wife had a great massage from Lea.

Family-run Hotel Della Nouva is in the village of Pila, close to the ski lifts. It has a sun terrace with loungers, and a heated ski storage room. Best location, best value for money, exceptionally nice owners

The breakfast staff are wonderful, they and Hotel Chacaril provide fresh fruit & meusli & homemade cakes & fresh croissants & waffles and many other breakfast foods with coffee and drinks made to the guests liking. It is a lovely, comfortable family run hotel. Both the owner and staff were most welcoming and friendly which made our stay very enjoyable. We had a superb, quality meal in the evening with some fine wine (and grappa). Breakfast was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel as a place to stay......I certainly plan to vist again the future.

Set in the historic centre of Aosta, Hotel Duca d’Aosta offers accommodation with free WiFi, just 1 km from the Pila cable car. Very kind staff who were patient enough to let us try some basic Italian and skilled enough to switch to other languages (dankeschön). We were provided a wonderful room with view on the square. The parking space nearby was spacious (except for the narrow entrance which could be awkward for some as reported in other comments). The town is very cosy and lively and the setting in the valley is beautiful.
