Very clean, spacious room, comfy bed. There was some complemetary coffee/tea and snacks toguether with water. There was towels and toiletries. The food in the restaurant was good. The breakfast was a mixture of continental and jordanian.

I've never met a more well-spoken and helpful receptionist in the Middle East, Simon, the hotel-owner. Coffee and tea facilities are available all the time. Washing machine at no extra payment. The bathrooms appear to be recently renovated. Very comfortable.

Had a great day relaxing by the pool with friends. This hotel is in a great location for people looking for one with a pool within walking distance of Madaba attractions. The room size is perfect as well. The staff was very attentive and even brought us our room keys by the pool as we waited for check-in. Breakfast is also phenomenal!
