The hotel decor is well thought in each corner. Just think that you can smell an amazing relaxing Perfume every time you enter the main door. The room was super spacious There was free coffee and fresh water available during the whole day The access to the main door and to the room is via code which makes it very convenient Reception is super available, we even received a WhatsApp message from a "personal concierge" available H24. Super Service. We booked via them a snorkeling trip and could have not been happier

Maya Suites was perfect! The location was great, right on the beach with lots of different beach bars and casual restaurant choices. By 6pm most people have left and you have the beach all to yourself. It’s nice and peaceful at night (all you can hear it’s nature sounds) as all the action is happening in the center, which is just 20min away, so easy to reach for dinner or if you are in the mood of partying. Aldo, the host, is extremely hospitable and responsive. He gave clear check-in instructions and facilitated the booking scuba diving excursions. I had forgotten my iPhone in the apartment and he drove all the way to the airport to return it to me before my flight would take off! If that’s not exceptional hospitality, I don’t know what is!

Hotel Dos Mundos, Isla Cozumel is offering accommodation in Cozumel. This 2-star hotel features free WiFi and a garden. The rooms are fitted with a private bathroom with a shower. Such a warm welcome and goodbye, staff are just amazing. I felt comfortable from the start. Also the apartment was great, very clean, comfy and spacious for a good price. It's a 15min walk from the main plaza which wasn't too bad and you pass by a really cool local cantina (I recommend it).

He helped us with everything!!! Always answered fast. The room is super clean, very nice big garden, hot water, and comfortable bed. Great location, close to the center and in a good quiet area. We had a great time!

We were on a roadtrip on the Yucatan peninsula and spend a couple of days in Cozumel. In terms of accommodations the Albatros Suits were one of our highlights on our trip. Well located, a bit away from the crowded  center however within reach. The employees were super friendly, always helpful with very good tips for activities. A diving school is also just around the corner and was also a very good recommendation of them. Special thanks to Jesus and Martin for their good service and kindness.
