Excellent hospitality. I felt like a home. The rooms and the entire hotel are so clean. All the staff there are always pleasant to deal with. It was great to relax in the evening breeze on the rooftop after a shower. I really love it. There is also a Mercado on the way to the center of Centro, which is about a 5 minute walk. I became a big fan of the shrimp cocktail from the vendor near the entrance. The bus stop to Santuario de Atotnilco, where has UNESCO World Heritage church, is just around the corner. Anyway, it is conveniently located and very safe at night. The iced coffee made by the owner Carolina at the adjacent cafe is cheap but tastes better than anywhere else, so give it a try! I really recommend this hotel. I definitely come back there!

Fantastyczna lokalizacja tuż przy głównym i pięknym placu Guanajuato. Pokoje w starym kolonialnym domu - jest bardzo romantycznie. Łóżka bardzo wygodne i szerokie, łazienka OK. Personel bardzo życzliwy. Pracownik hotelu odstawia samochód do innego hotelu tej firmy na bezpłatny parking (w centrum można parkować tylko na parkingu publicznym - 20 MXN/godz - uwaga potem na ceny taxi!). Internet działa bez zarzutu.

It was quite a walk for my husband on crutches, but they did offer a wheelchair. It was at the back of the building so street noise was minimal. Very comfortable bed, bedding and lots of space. Steps to an outdoor space with nice furniture. Elevator to all floors but the restaurant. Not a problem, the hotel is on a major plaza with shops and restaurants.

A beautiful hotel. It needs some maintenance but overall is really pretty. The staff was kind and the room was cozy. The bathtub was small but comfortable, it had AC, WiFi , and a lot of pillows. I will book here again

The pool was great. Clean, warm, with nice lounge chairs and palapa tables around. The room was nice although the bath fixtures were from the 70's. The restaurant by the pool was fine. They'd bring drinks and meals right to our table by the pool.
