We had a lakeview room for 4 people which was incredibly spacious. There was a kitchen area which we utilized during our trip and the living space was very comfortable for us to relax when we weren't hiking or exploring Queenstown.

Amazing stay in the cottage, both blown away. Incredibly helpful & friendly staff. Spa bath in the room & nice glass of rose and cheeses complimentary in the afternoon. Great breakfast included. Couldn’t ask for more really! Very special spot!

All staff were very friendly and helpful, but the manager on duty was just exceptional! We were there partly to watch the first All Blacks match at the hotel. He helped reserve the best table in the restaurant for watching the game, and he even let us know the best time to be catching up with the players after the match without disturbing them. I can't ask for more with a staff like him. We were there with my mom and my daughter, so the mini suite with 2 rooms and a living room was perfect.

The Spire Hotel is a stylish boutique hotel located in the heart of Queenstown. Just 2 minutes' walk from the shores of Lake Wakatipu, it offers rooms with free WiFi, a balcony and a gas fireplace. Everything is precisely thought and the service is one of the best i have ever seen. The room is amazing and huge, with a lot of top tier details. The complimentary amenities at the room and the afternoon drinks and canapes is the icing on the cake. i also loved the indian-african restaurant from the hotel. The location is the best in town.

I left some photos in the room and they emailed me within a very short time arranging to return them to me.
