The boutique 4-star Hotel do Canal is situated in Horta on Faial Island. It is just 100 metres from the beach and offers panoramic views of Pico Mountain and the bay. This hotel is right on the harbour in a great location. Everything about it was good for us. Great breakfast, comfortable room and pleasant staff. Secure parking.

Our room was on the ground floor, with a veranda and a superb view of the yacht mole and Pico. The area is quiet and safe. The room was serviced every day and fresh towels provided. Breakfast was good - fresh fruit and juice, cornflakes, yoghourt, ham, cheese, hard boiled eggs and fresh rolls, a griller to toast your cheese and ham roll. There were tea infusions and many ways of making an excellent cup of coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful..

Not only is it beautiful and spacious, but it's also thoughtfully equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable stay. The owners are incredibly kind and accommodating, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. And let's not forget about the charming garden, where you can enjoy the company of adorable rabbits while taking in the breathtaking view of the Pico mountain. Highly recommended!

Largo Bispo Boutique Hostel asub Hortas, 500 meetri kaugusel Praia da Conceição rannast ja 2,6 km kaugusel Praia do Almoxarife rannast. Very spacious dorms with comfortable bunk beds and a well equiped kitchen downstairs. there is also a nice garden space to relax and enjoy the sun.
