Hotel in La Digue
Boasting an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant, Chalets de Palma is set in La Digue. With a garden, the hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Every room comes with a balcony. The apartments were much prettier than I expected. Bikes were in great condition but had no light (like all bikes in La Digue), I brought 2 small bicycle lights with me from the Netherlands so was no problem. People on Seychelles are extremely friendly and so was the hostess. Breakfast was good as well. And the location also great, it's a small island so 7 min bike ride and you are everywhere, beach, restaurants, jetty. But the best, I had a late ferry back to Mahe and was allowed to keep the room free of charge so I could go to the beach and shower when I got back (naturally they can only offer this if the room is not booked so this is not a given).

Located in La Digue, Patatran Village Hotel is located overlooking the beachfront and features a year-round outdoor pool. My first impression of Seychelles was not great at all… But that was almost 3 weeks ago… One place in particular has changed my mind about this nation — Northern part of La Digue island and one amazing hotel that calls it home — Patatran hotel. I never really mention any hotel so this is truly a special place. No construction noises, no boom boxes, no trash! Spectacular location and views, best place for snorkeling on this Island, kindest staff, delicious food - it’s truly a peaceful paradise here… it’s very diffident from the rest of Seychelles… and I am very grateful to have had opportunity to call this my home and my little slice of heaven in Indian Ocean. I stayed in one of the stunning hilltop chalets and in their gorgeous “African” room, falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of crashing waves and tropical scents all around. I want to thank manager Lindy and all the generous staff of Patatran for giving me this time to recuperate and decompress in this serene location after thousands of miles through African dust. When I return to Seychelles, I won’t be staying in any other place, but here.

Chez Marston in La Digue provides adults only accommodations with a garden, a restaurant and a bar. We liked everything about the hotel. Staff members were really helpful and professional. The room exceeded our expectations. We went to Seychelles to celebrate my birthday and hotel surprised happy birthday wish letters made with flowers in the room. Thank you to chez Marston staff members. Also the hotel give us the new renovated rooms which was extremely nice and new. Hotels has lots of potential once all the rooms are renovated. At midnight if you come out the room and look up the sky you will see sky lit up by stars which was so beautiful. Location is perfect as you can rent a cycle and go right side one day and other side next day as the hotel sits right in the centre. Hotel owner even gaves a ride to ferry port after checking out on the buggy. :-) Breakfast was nice. Food were good at the restaurant as well especially the Fish and Chips.

Located in La Digue, a 13-minute walk from Anse La Reunion Beach, Mountain View Hotel provides accommodations with a garden, free private parking and a bar. Flavy Natalie and Fiona made our stay perfect. Very kind staff. We stayed there for 9 nights in October 2023. Very quiet hotel up on a hillside. They ordered bikes for us and we cycled around the island every where possible. Love this island. Totally different than Norway We had half board. Perfect for us When we go back, we will definitely stay in the same Hotel Eric and Jannie from 🇳🇴

They also helped with our luggage and were very keen to help us generally.

La Digue looks like a piece of land falling from heaven. It changes one's mood immediately- calm, fabulous ambiance, stunning beaches, friendly people; it keeps you busy every second;manor jelling, biking, beach exploration, tours around the island and island hopping. Just amazing!
La Digue is a wonderful island. One can walk or bike everywhere---no matter where you look, the view is stunning. Met many friendly people: The coffee shop at the ferry dock became a favorite stop. We enjoyed our conversations with Philip, the proprietor of the shop. He was friendly and full of information. Great coffee and fruit juices. His sister also makes some very good banana and breadfruit chips!
La Digue is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with lots of beaches to choose from. Cycling is a must, biking is the most common way to explore the island.
La Digue, pound for pound is the jewel of the Seychelles. Guidebooks tell you that only a few days are warranted. Not so. We spent four days, hiked everywhere, and would have gladly stayed four more. Restaurants are limited but if you are a self-caterer you will be happier as the expense of prepared food in the Seychelles is quite high. We chose not to rent bikes and in their absence developed remarkable photos that would have otherwise never have been taken had we been mounted and "speeding" o by. The beaches are extraordinary, in some cases captivating beyond imagination.
Not a good place if you like sea swimming. Inside the reefs the depth was low. La Digue has become commercial and some reviews may describe it as peaceful with Ox Carts or cycles for transportation. There are no ox carts and many large taxis and vans which roar up and own the limited roads so don't expect a peaceful quiet island. Also a degree of hassle by the locals touting for business - hiring of bicyles. A cycle is good for a day to see the island.
Its a wonderful place to stay for your honeymoon or just relaxing on a beach. You will enjoy bicycle rides all over the island. Islanders on La Digue are more open and friendly than other island on Seychelles (except super expensive resorts). And beaches... awesome beaches... Try Grand Anse, Petite Anse or Coco Anse.
Beautiful place to relax and for honeymoon. Much different than Mahé. We had 4 days in La Digue, which was probably sufficient minimum. You can have a bit more time also... We had a bike ride around the island on bikes, which was just amazing! We loved watching sunset from the place next to jetty.
The Island is very beautiful and special to the heart. Grand anse beach, petite anse beach and especially anse coco is a must if you’re on La Digue!! We ate at the pizzeria at Grégoire which if found next the the STC supermarket and it was amazing! Do try the seafood pizza and the spaghetti seafood! Super delicious
La Digue itself - fabulous!! However, the ferry to get there is very expensive, but they know you will pay because there is no other choice. I would highly advise a minimum stay of 4 days to make it worth the cost & time to get there.
Paradise. The beach near Relax Lounge is very peacefull and nice. Patatran Hotel restaurant, Fish trap and Italian reastaurant are the best places to eat. La Digue is too small to get lost anywhere. Tortoise park is one of the funniest activities for the kids.
La Digue
We loved our stay at La Belle Digue Don! The hosts are amazing, a very friendly couple always ready to help and advise. They have bicycle to rent which is very convenient. The apartments are clean, spacious and have everything needed for a pleasant stay. My personal favourite is Anse Patates, although we went there in the afternoon when the tide was pretty high. If I ever decide to revisit Seyshelles, La Digue and La Belle Digue Don will be my choice! Annie, William, thank you for making our stay exceptional :)
La Digue
We had a great stay. Nancy welcomed us at arrival and showed the apartment to us. The location was great (just 5 mins from the ferry) and just around the corner of the best bakery (famous bakery) in Seychelles. It it very closed to the main street, but still very quiet. The apartment was cozy, clean and tiny and had everything we needed. There was also a place to leave and lock our bikes. La Digue is a pretty and beautiful small island and a must-see when you are in Seychelles.
well-equipped kitchen available to cook, nice staff, clean rooms that were cleaned daily, good sized bathroom, nice terrace to sit outside (it's covered so can sit outside even when it's raining), bikes available to rent through the hotel at the same price as in other places throughout the island, and very close to the best takeaway on La Digue (Rey and Josh's)
La Digue
The best accomodiation during our stay on Seychelles! Very clean, spacious, comfortable beds, furnished in local style. Swimming pool was cleaned every day. Beautiful garden well maintanened. We rented bicykles (were in good condition) for 4 days and were discovering La Digue. All our request were solved immediately and in friendly way! For sure we will come back!
La Digue
Relative new apartments. Tasteful materials and decoration. Great view, anyway if seaside or mountainside view. Several supermarkets around. TV with one channel for each of 10 big casual languages. The apartment saved our stay! La Digue itself sells an illusion, nice beaches for instagrammers, but already overcrowded, lots of motor traffic and construction sites 🤔
La Digue
The location néxt to one of the best beaches of La Digue is super! Host Frank is really helpful and relaxed. The chalets are well equipped and beds are super comfy. Garden is beautiful! We loved our stay here best out of our 4 stays in the Seychelles. If you are Dutch, please bring Frank some stroopwafels, he adores them!
La Digue
One of the best hotels I lived in. 1) The room was very comfortable. 2) The hotel is located on the eastern shore of La Digue, which is sparsely populated. This means, you'll have empty or almost empty beaches. If you like solitude and want to have "a personal tropical paradise", this hotel is for you.
The food was so tasty that we ate at the restaurant for every meal! Beyond the delicious food, convenient location and beautifully designed hotel, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. If you're planning a trip to La Digue - stay here. We will definitely be back!
We started our honeymoon at La DIgue and Le Nautique Waterfront hotel was the best choice we could have ask for! Starting from the extremely kind stuff and management to the perfect location, great food and beutiful room. We had the Waterfront room and the room was great.
La Digue
Amazing quest house with incredible cozy garden on the territory. Nadine, manager at reception - her professionalizm and help beyond expectations. Room is quite big with equipped kitchen. Pool is nice. Strongly recomended for booking - one of best hotels in La Digue
La Digue
Lovely apartment in close proximity to Anse Source D‘Argent and not far from the pier. Clean and comfortable with lovely staff. They rent out bicycles to explore beautiful La Digue at your own pace and can do pier transfers in an electric vehicle.
I would like to thank you for the decoration of the room during our accommodation at the hotel and the candlelight dinner. All hotel services and staff were very helpful. We spent a wonderful day at your hotel. One of the best beaches on La Digue
La Digue
Very new cosy apartment, perfectly equipped with a terrace in front of the pool where you can relax and eat. The staff was very nice and helped us with everything we needed. Perfect for everyone who wants to enjoy some peaceful days in La Digue.
La Digue
Hotel is located 3 minutes walking from Anse Severe and it's maybe 7 minutes to the closest cafes and minimarkets. They serve free breakfast that's also important on La Digue. Staff was friendly and helpful, special thanks to Kami
La Digue
Very friendly and helpful staff, good location relative to the places you want to visit (everything is close by given the small size of La Digue). Good breakfast. Small shop at just a few minutes walk, take-away at a few minutes by bike.
La Digue
First and foremost, Ruby, who runs the Hostellerie is a gem! always friendly, helpful and in a good mood! Well located in La Passe, close to take aways, supermarkets and restaurants, a perfect location to start trips on La Digue.
La Digue
This was our second stay at Ocean L’union. We love the area and La Digue. The hostess Penny is very welcoming and helps with every regard. The apartment is very clean and furnished with a very nice eye for detail. We will be back!
La Digue
Apartment was in a nice garden with a lot of greenery, near a restaurant. Key was easy to find, kitchen was well equipped. Nice staff, comfy bed, good aircon. Everything is good for a nice stay in La Digue.
La Digue
The host Elluna was incredibly friendly, helpful and a true local on La Digue. She knows every restaurant owner or service provider. Having her host you gives you the service of a 5-Star Hotel concierge.
Best hotel at the La Digue, clean and modern, great nature around villas, very kind staff, everything were fast and sharp, really helpful and great responsibility. 5 star halfboard, romantic rooms.
