The location is very good, just 3 minutes walk restaurants, pubs and pharmacies. The hotel is in front of sairee beach, the most famous beach in Koh Tao Island.

Wow, where to begin. First off, we were pleasantly surprised that the team was waiting at the pier to pick us and other new guests up. Super convenient. The staff was SO INCREDIBLE, cannot stress this enough. We were greeted with a big smile by Zay, who has helped with the heavy luggage and made sure we had everything we needed through our entire stay. He went above and beyond, and even went to the pier at our last day to check us in advance so we didn’t have to queue. He is amazing!!! Lidia at the reception and other staff were so friendly and helpful arranging everything from begin to end! She helped us organize a private tour around the islands by boat, this was so fun! May at the restaurant was so lovely, always a big smile on her face! The rooms- oh wow! Honestly don’t know where to begin, so I’ll keep it short: MOST BEAUTIFUL TROPICAL DESIGN . Really felt so dreamy, the interior and the best view over the pool and Sea! This was by far the best hotel we have stayed at! The beach bar had the best cocktails, the pool was so beautiful, aesthetically I would say this hotel is a DREAM! We’ll 100% be back. Top notch

The friendliest staff who assist at all times. Situated directly on the beach! Eating breakfast with sand under your feet and a view of endless ocean! Not to mention the delicious buffet breakfast that lasts for hours! I have stayed twice in the last few months and I will be back without a doubt! I simply love this hotel and so will you and your family !

So far the best hotel we stayed in Thailand. Staff is amazing, they went looking us at the port without even asking. All the amenities, the room, restaurant,pool and beach are perfect. Walking distance from restaurants/bars. I would definitely come back

The property was great! Individual bungalows that we clean and spacious. The location was right in the heart of Koh Toa. The staff was so helpful and gracious. They even offered to have staff come in early so we could have our complimentary breakfast before our dive one morning. I would definitely recommend!

Property is charming! Looks like fisherman house (style), natural materials, makes you feel like part of the movie. Swimming pool area is amazing: has open view from pool to the ocean. Interesting design. ( The only thing: the Bird in Cage next to reception. Don’t see the point to cage it, these birds are flying all over the place free, why need to put one in jail?)

The villa and the whole complex is stunning. Modern, clean, nicely furnished, spacious and with a beautiful view. Direct access to the sea and different activities available. The staff is very friendly and supportive during your whole stay. The privat Villa, the friendly staff and the whole complex made our stay on Ko Tao unforgettable.

Great location for snorkelling, facilities were amazing with a choice of pool. Staff were very helpful and the food was great

Beautiful, well maintained property. Saltwater pools, comfortable beds, and beautiful views. The breakfast was solid (we stayed 5 nights and enjoyed it each morning) highlighted by an omelette station and two espresso/latte machines. The staff was very friendly and carried our bags to and from our rooms. They provide pool towels, room service, and comfy robes. The TVs don’t get a ton of channels but I called the front desk and they were happy to provide an hdmi cord to stream from my laptop to the tv. The on-site restaurant was great and they have a poolside and rooftop bar with happy hours every day! There are great restaurants nearby and the hotel does offer a shuttle down to Sairee but I would highly recommend renting a scooter just for easy access to explore all the beautiful beaches on Ko Tao! Laundry by the kilo is available across the street for a great price, or by the garment from the hotel. The hotel has a great dive center on-site! And a perfect pool to practice in. Skip was our diving instructor - highly recommend him! My wife and I felt very safe and had a ton of fun diving with him for our first time scuba diving! Highly recommend staying here!

The place was clean, the location really convenient and the beach beautiful

The property is amazing and exceeded our expectations. Perfect spot for our holiday. Snorkelling on both sides of the property water access were spectacular. Great view from our room with comfortable balcony seating. What made our stay most enjoyable was the service from your staff. Right from the first moment at pick up, the team looked after our every need.
