Reception, Restaurant and lobby, and room service staff are helpful. I appreciate their help and support. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay while you are in Udon Thani, I recommend this hotel. The food in both restaurants is amazing. The hotel is connected to the biggest mall (Plaza Mall) in Udon Thani.
