I was looking for a locally-made product and all I have is a phone number and product name. She made a call for me and got the local seller's address and business hours. Around the same time, other front desk staff printed out the location details for me. I am grateful to them for their assistance and service.

Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were exceptional. The Japanese room was calming and the balcony allowed myself and my partner to unwind having a drink together. The out door spa was another highlight, the different pools were varied and the fish were a great bonus. Overall- from when we arrived until we left - I would like to reiterate how exceptional the staff were at every possible opportunity.

The hot spring bath in the room just gave us a relaxing time in private. The Starbucks and the bakery on the ground floor were convenient for a tea time, the bread and cookies were very nice and yummy in the bakery.
