Very friendly staff from the valet to check in, cleaning staff greeted us and pool/bar staff was great. Everything was clean and it was nice to see no carpet in the rooms knowing you could clean the tile. The big indicator of a focus on customer service and well trained staff was the fact the cleaning team greeted us every time we walked by them. That never happens anywhere. Loved the stay!
