Location is great, right next to a central plaza where locals hang out and within walking distance of the riverfront with markets and sight seeing. Excellent deal for the price. Off of main streets, so it was nice and quiet too. Good, reliable wifi for work calls.

We loved the rural location and the garden setting. Daniel and Jenny are wonderful hosts. We did a cooking class with Jenny and her sister and ate the food we had cooked for our dinner. Fun and delicious! Early the next morning Daniel took us in his boat to the floating market and then we visited the huge land-based market to see an extraordinary array of fish, meat, fruit, vegetables and clothing. This was followed by visits to a rice noodle factory, a factory making coconut sweets and finally a cacao farm and chocolate making venture. Daniel provided a very enlightening explanation at every one of our stops. It really was the best tour of our trip. We highly recommend Mekong Daniel Homestay if you want to experience the real Vietnam and see highlights of the Mekong Delta. The opportunity to enjoy the company of Daniel and Jenny was a bonus that we think others should enjoy too.
